The following documents are needed to confirm your Admission
- Original Transfer certificate from the school last attended.
- Medical fitness certificate from Hospital.
- Attested copy of Mark sheet of previous school.
- Passport size photograph of student.
- Passport size photograph of each parent and local guardian.
- Aadhar Card Copy of Student.
- Bank Passbook Copy of Student. (Not Compulsory)
- Last year’s Cumulative record ( Sanchaika Nond Patrika ) for 5th to 8th classes.
Documents to be submitted along with admission form:-
1) Statement of Marks 2 attested copies (Original to be shown at the time of admission).
2) School Leaving Certificate 1 attested copy (Original to be shown at the time of admission.).
3) Caste Certificate – 1 attested copy (Original to be shown at the time of admission).

The process of admission in Sanjeevan Vidyaniketan, Panhala is very simple. Please follow the below steps:
1) Visit the Sanjeevan Vidyaniketan, Panhala campus with prior appointment.
2) Purchase the prospectus against payment of Rs 500/- cash.
3) Interactive session with the Head Master (Just to ensure child’s growth)
4) Submit the form duly filled with necessary documents and photographs.
5) Admission will be confirmed after payment of the first installment only.
